Make your anniversary even more special with Kream Brooklyn! Let us set up your table with rose petals. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every moment spent at Kream Brooklyn is memorable.
Cake
At Kream Brooklyn, we understand that some of our guests may want to bring their own cakes to celebrate special occasions. If you would like to bring a cake to replace a dessert on our menu, we kindly request a fee of R20 per person. Alternatively, if you would like a custom-made cake that perfectly suits your preferences, we work closely with a reliable outsourced company that produces high quality cakes. Our pastry chefs will collaborate with the company to ensure that the cake meets your expectations and is delivered on time for your celebration. Please let us know in advance if you would like to take advantage of this service and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
Bubbly
At Kream Brooklyn, we’re all about adding a touch of celebration to your occasion. That is why we offer a range of bubbly options that you can pre-order ahead of time and we’ll have it waiting by the table for you when you arrive. Please see below link for our beverage menu.
Kream Brooklyn Experience
At Kream Brooklyn, we want to make your celebration as special as possible. That’s why we encourage you to let us know in advance what you’re celebrating when you make your reservation. Our team will make a note of it in our system and will ensure a personalized Kream experience is made just for you.

Private Dining Room
At Kream Brooklyn, we offer beautiful private dinning spaces that is perfect for any occasion. Our private dining spaces are subject to availability and can accommodate 6 guests in a private room or up to 50 guests on our upstairs terrace. Let us help you create a memorable private dining experience that you and your guests will never forget! Our private dining rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV screens, power points, projector, WIFI and Bluetooth speaker capabilities. Please let us know if you have any additional requirements or preferences when booking your private dining experience with us.
Beverage Menu
At Kream Brooklyn, we take pride in our extensive beverage menu, designed to cater to every palate and preference. Whether you a wine enthusiast, a cocktail connoisseur, or a lover of spirits, we have a diverse selection that is sure to impress. Our beverage team is passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for you and they are always on hand to offer recommendations and assist with your selection. From pre-drinks at our bar to after dinner cocktails, we are here to make your Kream experience truly memorable.
Deposits
We’re delighted to have you book your group event with us at Kream Brooklyn! To ensure that everything is confirmed and ready for your celebration, we do require a deposit of R150 per person to secure your booking. Don’t worry, this deposit will be deducted from your bill. Please include your name, the date of your booking and your contact details as a reference. Please email it to brooklyn@kream.co.za Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit.
Dietary requirements
At Kream Brooklyn, we want to make sure everyone has a fantastic dining experience. If you or anyone in your party has any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance. We understand that everyone’s needs are unique, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change and we’re here to help you. If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. If you cancel within 14 days, we’ll refund your deposit in full. For cancellations made 7 days or less before your reservation, unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund your deposit. We can’t wait to host you at Kream Brooklyn!
Gift voucher
Thank you for considering Kream Brooklyn as the perfect gift for your family and friends! Our vouchers are the ideal way to celebrate any occasion. Simply send us an email and we will send you a personalized voucher via email. Please note that our vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash. To ensure that the gift voucher does not expire, please use it within six months of the purchase date.
